Below are answers to some common questions..
How do I place an order?
You can place an online order in my shop on this site. If you have any questions or issues beforehand, please use my contact details above.
If you prefer not to shop online please contact me to discuss payment by cheque or card etc.

Payment and Shipping
Payment is via PAYPAL, or STRIPE which offers an option to pay by credit or debit card.
Carriage charges are set to a flat rate of £3.95 per order.
I will accept Non UK orders, please contact me with your order for a carriage charge.

Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the items are returned in a clean and unused condition.
Items that have been specially made for you, can only be accepted back if they are faulty or incorrectly made.
Any items that prove to be faulty will be replaced.
I cannot be responsible for goods that have been damaged by your dog.
Return postage will only be paid on faulty goods.
